The turndown service was impeccable—the slippers, water bottles, and bedside tray were neatly arranged every night. As someone with a strong preference for cleanliness, I appreciate how the staff even provided perfectly pressed, fresh cloths to place under my jewelry and cosmetics—such a small but incredibly meaningful gesture.
