That said, the front desk is tucked away at the back of the lobby, so you’ll need to walk a bit through the spacious corridors. The rooms and hallways had a faint cleaning smell—likely from recent sanitization—but nothing overwhelming. The rooftop view is definitely worth it, especially P1 and P2 areas. She was aggressive, unaccommodating, and clearly not suited for hospitality work. Her attitude negatively affected both her own service and that of her colleagues, including Dimitry, who consistently delivers excellent breakfast service with warmth and professionalism. It’s disappointing to see such a gap in staff quality. Hopefully, management can address this to maintain the brand’s high expectations.
