Her responsiveness and professionalism made the entire experience stress-free and incredibly reassuring. Truly exceptional service from start to finish.

What truly stood out was the incredible security team. We accidentally lost our phone somewhere—maybe in the hotel, near the pyramids, or on the shuttle bus—and were worried it was gone for good. We reached out to the hotel security, and within minutes, they called back with great news: they’d found it and held it securely. I can’t thank Abd El Azem A Zaher and Mustafa Fathy Mohamed Mustafa enough for their prompt and professional help. Their dedication really made a difference. The only downside was during Friday and Saturday nights when local weddings were held at the hotel; the music was quite loud and continued until around 11 PM, which slightly disrupted sleep.
