However, there are a few small drawbacks: the only coffee option is instant, which might be inconvenient for regular coffee drinkers, and the kitchenware collection feels a bit mismatched—some dishes and pans don’t quite go together. Also, while the unit is still in good condition, signs of wear and tear are noticeable on some surfaces. Despite these minor issues, the convenience, hospitality, and value for money make this a solid choice if you're looking for a comfortable base in Glasgow.

I can't recommend this place at all. The manager was extremely rude and seemed to have no respect for guests. This behavior completely ruined my trip and left me with a negative impression of Glasgow, which is unfortunate since I had high hopes for the city. The room was underwhelming, and the overall service fell far short of expectations. It's sad that one person's attitude could affect such a strong experience. I won’t be returning, and I hope the hotel takes feedback seriously to improve guest satisfaction in the future.
