Staying at Oasis Lagoon Estate was the perfect escape from the crowds and noise of central Venice. San Marco is just a 30-minute walk or short vaporetto ride away—super convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, high-quality appliances, and even a laundry machine. Everything you need—grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, the beach, and the vaporetto station—is within a 5-minute stroll. The view? Absolutely breathtaking—wide-open vistas of the lagoon that make every morning feel like a postcard. The island of Lido is charming and worth exploring on foot or by bike. I absolutely love Venice, and if I ever return, I’d definitely make Lido my home base. This place offers peace, comfort, and incredible value—all in a serene, scenic setting.
Venice San Marco Apartment
The location is fantastic—right next to St. Mark's Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Venice on foot. However, the apartment only has one air conditioning unit, which struggles to cool the space effectively during summer heatwaves. With temperatures rising significantly in the summer months, adding at least one more unit would greatly improve comfort. Despite this, the prime location makes up for the cooling issue, and I’d definitely consider staying here again if the AC were improved. It’s a great value for such a central spot.
Al Bailo di Venezia
We stayed here with our family, and overall, the experience was excellent. The hotel is incredibly clean, safe, and every little detail shows thoughtfulness—really made us feel at home. One small suggestion: the AC vent in the room was dusty, so cleaning it or replacing the filter would be a great improvement. Also, since we had elderly guests with us, it would be helpful if guest services were more accessible—having to walk around to check in was a bit challenging. Despite that, the location is fantastic, close to everything, and public transport makes getting around Venice super easy. We truly appreciated the attention to cleanliness and security. Definitely a place we’d recommend and return to.

The location is perfect—easy access to public transit, quiet yet central, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It’s rare to find such a convenient, comfortable stay at this level of quality. If you’re planning a trip to Venice, especially in summer, this hotel should be at the top of your list. A truly excellent choice.

We arrived in Venice early at 6 AM with a flight, and the water taxi took us straight to the hotel dock by 7 AM. I was a bit worried about checking in so early, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and processed our check-in immediately—no issues at all. We originally had planned to stay at Aman, but it was fully booked, so we switched to The St. Regis Venice. Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with that decision. It’s not just a hotel; it’s an experience. The location on the Grand Canal is perfect, and every corner feels like a scene from a movie.
