I was able to reach both the Bell and Drum Towers and the Muslim Quarter on foot within ten minutes—perfect for food lovers and sightseeing. The airport shuttle also stops nearby, making arrivals and departures super smooth. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with modern comforts. Staff were friendly and attentive, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. With unbeatable location, excellent service, and great value, this hotel easily earns my highest recommendation. I’ll definitely be back here on my next trip to Xi'an.

Special shoutout to Mr. Wei Xinglong from the concierge team—he went above and beyond helping with luggage and package collection, always cheerful and efficient. The front desk staff, Xiao Hao and Xiao Liu, were warm, professional, and attentive. When we mentioned the room felt a bit warm on our first night, they immediately upgraded us to a larger suite at no extra cost—a truly unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more memorable.
