Breakfast was excellent—varied options, fresh ingredients, and a nice atmosphere, especially the local-style breakfast items which stood out. The only downside was parking: limited space on the ground level, and access to the underground garage required navigating through a nearby residential compound. Unfortunately, the elevator wasn’t operational yet, so I had to walk up from the basement to the main lobby—slightly inconvenient, especially with luggage. However, there are slow-charging spots available in the underground lot, which is a thoughtful addition for electric vehicle drivers. Despite that small hiccup, the hotel offers great value, excellent location, and friendly service. Definitely worth staying again.

The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere overall. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning didn’t cool as effectively as expected—some nights felt a bit stuffy—but it didn’t ruin the experience. For the location, cleanliness, service, and value, this hotel scores top marks. Definitely would book again when visiting Hangzhou.
