My stay at Fairfield by Marriott Hangzhou Xihu District was a really positive experience overall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding area is peaceful and close to West Lake, making it ideal for morning walks or evening strolls with great views. Breakfast was excellent—varied options, fresh ingredients, and a nice atmosphere, especially the local-style breakfast items which stood out. The only downside was parking: limited space on the ground level, and access to the underground garage required navigating through a nearby residential compound. Unfortunately, the elevator wasn’t operational yet, so I had to walk up from the basement to the main lobby—slightly inconvenient, especially with luggage. However, there are slow-charging spots available in the underground lot, which is a thoughtful addition for electric vehicle drivers. Despite that small hiccup, the hotel offers great value, excellent location, and friendly service. Definitely worth staying again.

The subway station is super convenient; I walked straight to Exit B of Line 1 Wulin Square, and the Wulin Wharf for the water bus line 1 is also just a short stroll away. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere overall. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning didn’t cool as effectively as expected—some nights felt a bit stuffy—but it didn’t ruin the experience. For the location, cleanliness, service, and value, this hotel scores top marks. Definitely would book again when visiting Hangzhou.

Staying at Pins De La Brume Hotel in Hangzhou was an absolute delight. The moment I stepped into the courtyard, I was greeted by a peaceful serenity that instantly relaxed me. The room was immaculately clean and offered a stunning view of the distant mountain-top temple — serene and picturesque. The underfloor heating kept the room perfectly warm without being too hot, and the air purification system ran quietly, so it never disturbed my rest. Staff at the front desk and my personal concierge were incredibly attentive and thoughtful — they made sure every need was met with genuine care. During New Year’s holiday, when ride-sharing and buses were restricted near the scenic area, the hotel arranged a shuttle to drop us off right at the entrance, which was incredibly convenient. Everything was seamless and well-organized. This place isn’t just comfortable — it’s truly special. A perfect blend of tranquility, luxury, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning.
