We were greeted with fresh welcome fruits, complimentary toiletries for our child, and a little New Year gift—a sweet touch that made us feel truly special. The room was spotless, spacious, and featured a massive 2.4-meter bed—perfect for families with kids. Best of all, the location is unbeatable: right next to West Lake, with easy access to public transit and major attractions. Whether you're here for sightseeing or just relaxing, this hotel delivers on every level. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back.

After comparing several options on the platform, I chose Landison Longjing Resort for its perfect balance of location, service, and value. Nestled right in the heart of the tea fields, the resort offers breathtaking views of endless green tea gardens. Along the winding roads, you’ll see local farmers harvesting and processing tea—so authentic and peaceful. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Front desk agent Xiao Chen was incredibly attentive—when we asked for a better view room, he personally escorted us upstairs to pick one, even upgraded us without hesitation. When we preferred staying in, he brought extra bottled water for brewing tea. The rooms are spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows framing stunning mountain views. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Even the complimentary Longjing tea in the room was fresh and fragrant. Breakfast was simple but delicious—the eggs were perfectly cooked, and the noodles were so good I ended up eating three portions! I requested a late checkout, and when I left, Xiao Chen again went out of his way—bringing water, helping load luggage, and even waiving the fee for a broken glass. That kind of thoughtfulness truly made my stay unforgettable. Yes, some facilities show signs of age, but considering the serene setting, top-tier service, and great value, this resort is absolutely worth it. If I ever return to Hangzhou for a tea-focused getaway, I’d choose this place again without hesitation.

I loved having both a large bathtub and a separate shower, plus a private balcony to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Staying here for several days allowed me to fully soak in the beauty of autumn in Hangzhou. Absolutely ideal.

I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.

Everything was spotless, with no lingering odors at all. Right outside the hotel, there’s a bus stop right at the entrance, making it super easy to get around. Whether I wanted to head to Xiaohe Direct Street, Wulin Night Market, West Lake, or even Lingyin Temple, transportation options were abundant—whether by taxi or public transit. The nearby Line 3 subway station is also just a short walk away, adding to the convenience. The breakfast area was bright and inviting, and the staff were attentive and friendly.
