The washing machine’s pipe had completely disconnected—when we tried to use it, water flooded the balcony and even seeped into the balconies below. The shower turned icy cold within minutes; when I contacted the staff about it, they confirmed the same issue but took no action. For our last few days, we had to shower at a friend’s place. The washing machine was filthy and emitted a foul odor. Even worse, the hairdryer sparked and started smoking the first time we plugged it in—definitely not safe. The balcony was extremely messy and dirty, covered in debris and grime. I took photos of everything because I truly don’t want anyone else to go through this. You can find better accommodations for the same price. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
