While the front desk is located on the 30th floor, all guest rooms are on floors below, making access easy and convenient. We stayed in a triple room and were thoroughly impressed with the overall comfort and spaciousness—especially the bathroom, which was generously sized and very practical. On one occasion, our food delivery didn’t arrive, but the front desk staff handled it with great patience and professionalism. They immediately helped us contact the delivery service, resolved the issue, and even explained that since our hotel shares the same address as a nearby apartment complex, delivery mix-ups happen occasionally. They advised us to be extra clear when placing orders in the future. The only minor downside was that the room only had two chairs, so one person couldn’t sit comfortably during meals. But considering the excellent location, clean rooms, and friendly service, this was a small trade-off. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

While toothbrushes aren’t provided (you’ll need to purchase one separately), there’s no hassle since two convenient convenience stores—CU and GS25—are right downstairs. This means you can grab anything you need without leaving the building. The atmosphere is clean, quiet, and very welcoming. With its excellent location, practical amenities, and great value, this hotel is an ideal choice for anyone visiting Busan.

Busan Seomyeon Nom
I booked this place because it's conveniently located near Lotte, and the photos looked decent—plus, it seemed like a good deal. But when I arrived, I was surprised to find that parking wasn't included, even though it was a regular weekday. To make matters worse, they charged an extra 10,000 KRW for parking—something I’ve never seen at a motel before. I only stayed a few hours and left early, but due to a dust mite allergy, I woke up with constant runny nose. Ended up rushing to a pharmacy just to get medicine. In the end, trying to save a little money backfired—ended up spending more and feeling awful. Lesson learned: always read reviews carefully. Still, I guess it’s mostly my fault for not double-checking.
