Upon entering our room, we were greeted by a thoughtful touch: bamboo decor and a towel folded into a cute little panda, plus a complimentary fruit platter. Before bed, they even provided a sleep mask and a warm glass of milk—perfect for winding down. The room was incredibly quiet, with blackout curtains that made it feel like midnight even when it was 8 a.m. I woke up feeling completely refreshed. One highlight was the free late-night snack—spicy noodle soup (saozi mian) was absolutely delicious, and the coffee on the ground floor was equally impressive. If I ever return to Chengdu, this will be my first choice. A truly memorable stay with excellent value and attention to detail.

Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. But honestly, what stood out most was the bed — incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows that made for a restful night’s sleep. I actually considered buying the same set!
