Special thanks to the front desk staff, especially Sha Sha—her kindness and genuine warmth made a huge difference. I traveled with my dog, and due to a shipping company mix-up, he arrived in Xi’an earlier than expected. I reached out to the hotel for help, and Sha Sha immediately stepped in to pick him up. When I arrived late at night, my pup was calm, happy, and showed no signs of stress. Even better, she had already cleaned his travel carrier, provided plenty of food and fresh warm water, and made sure everything was ready for his comfort. The housekeeping staff were equally attentive—when I returned from taking my dog out for a walk midday, the room was spotless and freshly tidied. Everything felt thoughtfully cared for, down to the smallest detail. This place truly values pets and their owners, offering not just accommodation but a real sense of home. If you're traveling with your furry friend and want a reliable, welcoming, and thoughtful stay, this hotel is absolutely worth considering. Highly recommended!

I booked this place purely based on one photo, and I’m so glad I did—it completely lived up to the hype. Usually, pet-friendly hotels come with minor cleanliness concerns, especially for someone like me who’s prone to allergies, but I stayed for three nights with zero reactions—definitely a relief. While the front desk isn’t available 24/7, the rotating access codes and the incredibly thoughtful, personalized service from the staff more than made up for it. In a bustling city center, that level of care and attention really eases any worries about safety or service quality. The street below is a food lover’s paradise—plenty of options, all clean and delicious. I ended up chatting with the lovely hostess nonstop about animals and local eats; she’s such a great conversationalist, I kept finding reasons to stop by just to talk. The cats are absolutely adorable—little ear is shy, Six Six is super affectionate, but my favorite has to be Little Manager with her irresistibly cute face. If I ever return to Xi’an, you better believe I’ll head straight back here. No other hotel will even be in the running.

I wish I had more time to relax in the ground-floor movie corner with the projector — it would’ve been perfect for a quiet night in. Noise levels are generally excellent; no sound from neighboring rooms. There’s a slight echo in the hallway due to the staircase layout when people walk up or down, but it’s not disruptive at all. As someone sensitive to noise, I found it completely manageable. Plus, there are plenty of shared bikes right outside, making it super easy to explore local food spots on two wheels. I couldn’t find either the AC remote or the TV remote—searched everywhere without luck. It was frustrating having to rely on my phone just to control the basics. While the price point is fair and the convenience of the location makes it tempting, the overall condition of the room and lack of attention to small details make me hesitant to book again. I’d only choose this hotel again because of its central spot—not because of the experience.
