We drove in, and they kindly reminded us about traffic in the city center while also offering free parking, which made our trip stress-free. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, good lighting, and quiet surroundings made for a restful night’s sleep. We even had time to explore Yulin Road, where we discovered just how many amazing local eats there are in Chengdu—definitely a food lover’s paradise. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable.
