With great value for money and such a prime location, this is one of the best stays in Hangzhou I’ve experienced.

After comparing several options on the platform, I chose Landison Longjing Resort for its perfect balance of location, service, and value. Nestled right in the heart of the tea fields, the resort offers breathtaking views of endless green tea gardens. Along the winding roads, you’ll see local farmers harvesting and processing tea—so authentic and peaceful. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Front desk agent Xiao Chen was incredibly attentive—when we asked for a better view room, he personally escorted us upstairs to pick one, even upgraded us without hesitation. When we preferred staying in, he brought extra bottled water for brewing tea. The rooms are spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows framing stunning mountain views. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Even the complimentary Longjing tea in the room was fresh and fragrant. Breakfast was simple but delicious—the eggs were perfectly cooked, and the noodles were so good I ended up eating three portions! I requested a late checkout, and when I left, Xiao Chen again went out of his way—bringing water, helping load luggage, and even waiving the fee for a broken glass. That kind of thoughtfulness truly made my stay unforgettable. Yes, some facilities show signs of age, but considering the serene setting, top-tier service, and great value, this resort is absolutely worth it. I’ve stayed at Zancheng Hotel before and decided to return for my recent business trip to Hangzhou—mainly because of the unbeatable location. It’s super convenient for getting around, whether by subway or on foot. The hotel continues to impress with its excellent service and comfort. One small suggestion: every afternoon starting at 3:30 PM, they set up a small stall outside selling dishes from their restaurant. It’s a great idea—affordable, fresh, and perfect for grabbing something quick to eat in your room. However, on my last visit, it was unexpectedly cold outside, and when I bought some food back to my room, it had cooled down significantly. I asked if they could warm it up, but unfortunately, no heating option was available. I’d love to see the hotel consider offering a microwave service for guests, especially during colder months. It would make a big difference in convenience and overall experience. Small change, big impact.
