I loved how quiet and well-lit the room was, with a stunning view of West Lake from the window—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The air conditioning and heating worked flawlessly, making the room comfortable no matter the weather. Breakfast was a real treat—plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors that catered to both local tastes and international palates. Staying at Hangzhou West Lake Zhongwei Xiangyi Hotel was an absolute delight. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the overall ambiance felt luxurious and sophisticated—truly living up to a five-star standard. We dined on the rooftop where the West Lake Fish in Sweet and Sour Sauce was incredibly flavorful and authentic. Breakfast was an incredible spread—over a dozen steamed dim sum varieties, fresh fruits galore, five or six types of congee, and even pigeon soup! My kid declared it the best breakfast he’s ever had. Our room was on the 8th floor with brand-new renovations; I assumed it was recently updated, but was surprised to learn it was renovated back in 2017—yet it looked flawless, which speaks volumes about their maintenance and attention to detail. The hallway carried a subtle, pleasant fragrance that added to the refined atmosphere. Location-wise, it’s just a short walk from West Lake, and cycling to Hulin Silver Tower takes only minutes—perfect for exploring the city. A special thank you to Manager Lulu at breakfast for her thoughtful care toward our child, and to room attendant Xiao Yu for the sweet little welcome gift. These small touches made all the difference. This stay exceeded expectations—highly recommend and definitely planning to return.

The hotel is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the Wulin Square Metro Station—perfect for getting around Hangzhou. The staff were exceptional, especially An An at the front desk. She greeted me with a warm smile, offered to carry my luggage, and took the time to explain all the hotel’s amenities in detail. She even shared personal recommendations for nearby hidden gem eateries, which made our stay feel so much more authentic and enjoyable. The housekeeping team was also very friendly and attentive, keeping everything spotless. From check-in to checkout, the service was top-notch, making this a truly memorable stay. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with genuine hospitality, this is definitely the place to book.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and every visit has been just as relaxing and satisfying as the last. The location is unbeatable—right next to Fahjing Temple and Fahjing Temple, with Lingyin Temple and Fajixi Temple just a short walk away. Surrounded by lush greenery and the calming scent of incense, the atmosphere feels incredibly peaceful and energetically clean. The staff, especially the concierge, are warm, attentive, and always ready to help—making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and tasty desserts. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully designed with a calm, modern aesthetic. During New Year’s holiday, when ride-sharing and buses were restricted near the scenic area, the hotel arranged a shuttle to drop us off right at the entrance, which was incredibly convenient. Everything was seamless and well-organized. This place isn’t just comfortable — it’s truly special. A perfect blend of tranquility, luxury, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning.
Sunday Sunny Resort
This was hands down the best booking of our trip—booked early before prices went up, and the value for money was outstanding. Nestled on San Tai Mountain, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat with fresh air and stunning natural surroundings. The nearest bus stop is at Yu Qian Temple, but we actually preferred walking to Wugui Tan to try the rowboat ride—unfortunately, it was canceled due to weather, but we made up for it by taking a scenic water bus from Guo Zhuang Pier to Hua Gang Guan Yu. The views along the way were absolutely beautiful. After exploring Hua Gang Guan Yu, we returned via the Xiao Lian Qing Feng line from Su Di Pier, which dropped us right at Yu Qian Temple Station—perfect for heading back to the hotel. One small downside: limited food delivery options nearby, but overall, the experience was flawless. This place truly delivers comfort, convenience, and charm.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Located on the 26th floor of Qianjiang Times Plaza, it's incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and downtown attractions. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was so welcoming they upgraded me to a Premium Deluxe King room at no extra cost—huge space, very comfortable, and the best part? It comes with a washer and dryer right in the room. Even better, the complimentary toiletries include laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast is served at a restaurant in the underground food plaza, where you get vouchers to pick your own dishes. There’s a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. You can enjoy a full meal for under $20—truly great value. I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel also has a full laundry service with both washing and drying machines—plus, they’ll even collect your clothes when you’re out, which is seriously thoughtful. The only tiny hiccup? The TV wouldn’t turn on, and the remote seemed unresponsive. But if you don’t rely on TV, it’s not a dealbreaker—just ask the front desk for help. This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.
