Perfect for a family getaway! We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite that comfortably accommodated our family of four. The room was incredibly well-equipped—washing machine and dryer combo, ample closet space with plenty of hangers, a full kitchen including oven, microwave, complete cookware (pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards), and even a dishwasher. They even stocked vitamin C supplements—such a thoughtful touch for families. The lobby area is fantastic too: board games, coffee machine, and tea service make it a great spot for kids to relax while parents unwind. Location-wise, everything we needed was within walking distance—just 1.1 km to St. Mary’s Cathedral, Hyde Park, and the Australian Museum. A supermarket is about 800 meters away, perfect for grabbing fresh fruit or snacks. And during Christmas, they surprised us with candy and festive socks—so sweet and memorable! If we ever return to Sydney, this will be our top choice again.

With its unbeatable location, excellent service, and convenience, this hotel is definitely my go-to choice for future trips to Sydney.

My one-night stay at Manor Boutique Hotel in Sydney turned out to be a major disappointment. The room was freezing cold, and the heater simply didn’t work—despite reporting it immediately to reception. A staff member came by to check, but the issue wasn’t resolved. We were told to wait until the next day for assistance, which made no sense when we were already leaving the following morning. After checking out, we never received a single follow-up call or message from the hotel. Poor communication, weak management, and zero customer care. Given how unsatisfactory the service was, I believe a refund is absolutely warranted—this stay wasn’t worth the price.

Despite the slightly confusing process, the staff made it worth it. The Korean front desk team were incredibly friendly and helpful—always smiling, quick to respond, and genuinely committed to solving any issues. Room cleanliness was excellent too. Overall, this place offers great value for money, especially if you're looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming base in Sydney without breaking the bank.
