The room itself was stunning—the smart lighting system responded effortlessly to every mood, and the Dyson hairdryer felt like a luxury upgrade. Our suite offered generous space and a private balcony overlooking Qujiang Pool, where morning views of the serene water garden were simply breathtaking. Even if we took a cab, it was always just a short ride away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—when I came back late after a hair appointment, I casually asked if they had any makeup remover wipes, and they brought over individually packaged ones without hesitation. The room was spotless, clean, and so relaxing—after a full day of exploring, a hot shower completely recharged me for another day of sightseeing. Plus, the free laundry service was a huge plus for families. And when we checked out, they even gave our kids little gifts—such a thoughtful touch. This hotel truly stands out.
