Mehood Elegant Hotel Changsha

I stayed at Mehood Elegant Hotel Changsha for six nights and had an excellent experience overall. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—special thanks to Miss Wong (Xiangbo) and Miss Fung (Mengyao) for their consistently warm and attentive service. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the dining staff were friendly and efficient. While some facilities show signs of aging, the room and common areas remained clean and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the genuine hospitality and professionalism of the team—this is what made my stay so memorable. Despite minor wear and tear, the exceptional service earned this hotel a near-perfect score in my book. I’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.

I never ran out of anything, and they’d refill immediately if I asked. Location-wise, it’s super convenient—just a short walk from both the High-Speed Rail South Station and Changsha Avenue Metro Station, making travel easy whether you're arriving or heading out. The entire experience felt seamless and welcoming. It’s rare to find such a well-kept, thoughtful place in this price range. I’ll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha.

What surprised me most was the mattress—it’s made of rubber foam, which actually provided excellent support and helped me sleep deeply and soundly, something I haven’t experienced in a while. The curtains are smart and fully automated, opening and closing seamlessly with just a touch. Heating in the room works powerfully, keeping everything warm and cozy during winter. The only small downside? After a shower, the bathroom felt quite cold—adding a heated towel rail or small heater would be a great upgrade. But honestly, that’s a tiny nitpick. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value, comfort, and convenience. I’ll definitely be back.

Yicheng Hotel

The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the high-speed train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants at Wujian Tianjie. Getting around the city is super convenient, whether you’re heading to the airport or downtown. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The air conditioning ran quietly, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff were warm and welcoming, going the extra mile to make sure we felt at home. It’s clear they care about guest satisfaction. From start to finish, every detail felt thoughtfully designed. This place offers incredible value for money and truly stands out in the area. Kudos to the team for keeping the standard so high. Unfortunately, I heard the hotel will be rebranding soon—making this stay feel even more special. 跨年夜前夕入住延年城際酒店，整體體驗真的無可挑剔。第一晚抵達時已是凌晨，但一進大堂就感受到溫暖的氛圍，彷彿回到家一樣安心。夜班同事態度專業，面對多個客人同時諮詢也井然有序，輪到我時更細心辦理入住，全程沒有催促或疏漏，這種貼心令人印象深刻。 第二天因要運送鮮花和禮物，我順口問了下有否小推車協助。沒想到前廳部李經理主動協調，幾位同事已在大堂門口等候，整個過程流暢又熱情，連電梯都安排得妥妥當當。特別要讚賞客房部張經理，全程陪同，電梯內還禮貌讓我先入，細節滿分！他對周邊環境和市場情況的了解也超專業，回答問題條理清晰，完全不像一般酒店服務員那樣機械應答。 套房裡的歡迎水果是當季新鮮果品，我半夜肚子餓，吃了一顆梨子，清甜爽口，心情都變好了。隔天陳阿姨主動清潔房間，連馬桶套都準備好，這種細心真係難得。後來發現我愛吃梨，谷阿姨竟然主動送上一份新鮮水果，訊息傳遞迅速，服務到位，令人心頭一暖。 還有那個放在桌上的手機支架，小小一個卻超實用，尤其對經常要開會或追劇的旅客來說，簡直是神來之筆。總體而言，延年城際酒店已經是我近年在長沙最常選擇的落腳點，原因就是它的人文關懷、服務質素與交通方便。真心希望未來能繼續保持這份用心，下次回來，一定再來感受！」},{
