I especially appreciated Risma at the front desk, who made an effort to communicate in Chinese despite not being fluent—her warmth and friendliness really stood out. The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive, and the dining options were both diverse and delicious. On checkout, another friendly staff member, Aswasha (possibly spelled incorrectly), gave us a warm farewell with a smile. Every interaction felt genuine and personal. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s a full experience. 10/10 without hesitation, and I’d definitely return.

The service here was absolutely outstanding! They accommodated our room preference perfectly, and for our honeymoon, they surprised us with a swan-shaped heart display and a delicious cake—truly unforgettable! 🥹 The breakfast buffet was my favorite part—so many delicious options I couldn’t even try them all. I especially loved the steamed dumplings, muesli, fresh pastries, and the cheese selection. The weather was perfect, so we enjoyed some fun water activities right by the beach. We also took a short walk to a nearby restaurant to catch an amazing fire dance performance—such a memorable evening. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. Truly a dream getaway with incredible value. I’ll definitely be back.

I first discovered this gem on Xiaohongshu and ended up booking through the platform for a 3-night stay—so glad I did! The Heritage Wing Suite offered incredible perks: three restaurants—Palm Court (Heritage Wing), Planters Lounge, and Sarkies—perfectly matched to my breakfast needs over three days. I also enjoyed unlimited access to both the Victory Wing and Heritage Wing infinity pools. Afternoon tea was complimentary from 12–6 PM, followed by cocktail hour from 6–7 PM—such a lovely touch. The in-room mini-fridge was fully stocked with 10 free drinks daily, plus one bottle of wine. Housekeeping came twice daily—morning and afternoon—for a consistently clean space. The only minor issue was a slight musty smell upon arrival, but it disappeared within a few days. With so many stunning photo spots—definitely more than 20—I couldn’t stop taking pictures. This hotel is a true visual delight and an absolute highlight of my trip.

The pros far outweigh the minor cons. The tap water is safe to drink straight from the faucet, which is rare and impressive. The bathroom is spacious with a lovely bathtub, and the minibar even came with two complimentary drinks—such a nice touch! The staff, including the Chinese-speaking team, were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. Even though there’s some street noise, it’s a small price to pay for such a well-located, stylish, and thoughtfully designed stay. A truly memorable experience—definitely worth returning.

The air conditioning can’t be fully turned off, so the room gets quite chilly, especially if you’re used to warmer weather like me. It might work better for guests who don’t mind cooler rooms, but I had to bring an extra blanket. Still, the pros far outweigh the cons. Super convenient, beautifully situated, and great value for money—definitely a top pick for a relaxed coastal escape.

After taking the stairs to the second floor, we found a large open-plan layout with a living area and kitchen—perfect for cooking meals and relaxing. The cleanliness was satisfactory with no major concerns, and the neighborhood was quiet yet well-connected to the city center. The only minor issue was during check-in when the door remained locked, requiring us to call staff to open it—a small inconvenience that could be improved. Despite that, the hotel offers excellent value, especially for guests who appreciate extra space and independence. I’d definitely recommend this place for both short stays and longer visits.
