From the moment I arrived, everything felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. What truly stood out was the service from the lovely concierge staff—she called within minutes of my booking to confirm my preferences and greeted me warmly upon arrival. She even shared personalized travel tips for exploring Kunming, complete with local restaurant recommendations. I followed her advice and had an amazing meal at Sweet Bamboo, a must-try for Yunnan cuisine. I also picked up a beautiful bracelet at the hotel gift corner—simple yet elegant, perfect for souvenirs. Breakfast was outstanding: a wide variety of fresh, delicious dishes, especially the handmade rice noodles that I still dream about.
