Davis International Apartment (Shuxiang Men Shanghefang Shenzhen North Railway Station Branch)

The place is absolutely fantastic—the atmosphere is clean and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The room is spacious, spotless, and has zero unpleasant odors. I arrived during a sudden downpour and got a little wet before rushing inside, so I didn’t get a chance to take any photos right away. The security staff downstairs were incredibly helpful—friendly, attentive, and made me feel safe right away. There’s a convenient plaza just outside with plenty of dining and shopping options; I ended up having dinner there, and it was a great experience with good variety and value. One small note: the address listed on the booking platform wasn’t entirely accurate, so I’d recommend calling the host before arrival to confirm the exact location. Once you have the correct details, it’s easy to find—plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to Bai Shilong Metro Station. Super convenient for getting around Shenzhen. Overall, an excellent stay with top-notch value and comfort. Definitely planning to return.

Everything I needed was already provided in the room—shampoo, towels, hairdryer—no need to bring anything extra. It's such a fantastic value for the price. I had an amazing stay, felt safe and relaxed throughout, and I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Shenzhen.

Later, when I accidentally lost my key card during my stay, I rushed to reception in a bit of panic. It was peak check-in time, but Yolanda calmly reassured me not to worry. After finishing her current task, she swiftly processed a replacement and even suggested getting an extra backup card—so I wouldn’t face the same hassle again. Her attentiveness, calm demeanor, and genuine care stood out so much. It’s rare to encounter service this thoughtful and personal. Yolanda clearly embodies what makes this hotel special—not just the modern design or prime location, but the human touch behind every detail. I’m already planning my next visit. When we got there, all the twin rooms were taken, so we were upgraded to a king-size room. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and even offered a complimentary upgrade to a business king room, which came with an extra two-seater sofa and coffee table—perfect for snacking at night. Dinner was delivered straight to our door by the hotel’s robot delivery service. It was seamless and surprisingly convenient. The included breakfast was simple but satisfying—just enough to start the day right. Everything about this stay was spot-on. If I ever pass through this area again, I’ll definitely be back here.
