Less than ten minutes later, she called back to confirm everything was sorted—such speed and genuine care really hit the mark. When I arrived for check-in, the experience just kept getting better. Blueberry not only handled everything quickly but also gave me helpful tips: 'The Wi-Fi password is posted by the bed,' and 'Take the elevator, turn left after exiting.' When I casually mentioned I was a bit thirsty, she immediately handed me a chilled bottle of mineral water—this wasn’t just service; it felt like being treated like a friend. And the hotel itself?
