Comfort Hotel

My stay at Comfort Hotel in Guilin (Guilin Railway Station Wanda City Branch) was absolutely flawless from booking to check-out. Every single detail reflected the hotel’s professionalism and genuine care—truly deserving a perfect 10/10! The room was spacious and bright, with plush bedding that made for an incredibly restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features smart dry-wet separation, and the hot water came on strong and stayed consistent—perfect for a relaxing shower. The front desk staff member with ID #506 had such a warm, welcoming smile and provided exceptional service—always ready to help with a cheerful attitude. Even the housekeeping team went above and beyond: everything was spotless, down to the neatly arranged slippers. It’s clear they take pride in every little detail. Clean, comfortable, well-located, and fantastic value—this is exactly the kind of place I’d recommend without hesitation. Will definitely be back.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional, especially the guy behind the counter who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Located just steps from the train station, it’s super convenient for getting around Guilin. Breakfast was an absolute highlight—huge variety of options, both Western and local favorites, all freshly prepared and delicious. They even offered free milk upon arrival, which was a nice little touch. With such great value, comfort, and attention to detail, this hotel easily earns my full recommendation. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Guilin.

The rooms are generously sized, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. Elevators are efficient—one never has to wait long, which is a big plus during busy times. Breakfast was a highlight: diverse options, fresh and well-prepared. I especially loved the century egg congee and the local Guilin rice noodles—authentic and delicious. My only small suggestion? The pillows were a bit too soft for my taste; having a firmer option available would be appreciated. Overall, this hotel delivers on comfort, convenience, and value. Highly recommend for travelers visiting Guilin who want a quiet, clean, and well-located base.
