Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki

Staying at Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Nishiki was a great choice for my trip to Nagoya, especially if you're heading to the Nagoya Dome for a concert. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and it's only 6-7 stops to the dome with no transfers needed—super convenient. Check-in is strict at 3 PM, but there’s a comfortable waiting area in the lobby, and they even offer free breakfast (I didn’t grab it, but still felt good about the perk). The room is compact but well-equipped—perfect for solo travelers. I loved that the ground floor has a Lawson, FamilyMart, and a Sushiro, plus several highly-rated restaurants nearby that I wish I had time to try. The only thing to note: the street can feel a bit off at night, but honestly, it didn’t affect my stay. Overall, excellent value, friendly staff, and super central location—highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Ekimae

Staying at Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Ekimae was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Upon check-in, they offered free drinks — such a nice little touch! The breakfast was generous and varied, with plenty of options to choose from, and the quality was surprisingly good for a hotel this size. The location couldn’t be better — literally steps away from Nagoya Station, making it super easy to get around by train or subway, whether you're heading to shopping districts, temples, or nearby attractions. I was really impressed with the soundproofing in the room — no noise from hallways or neighboring rooms, so I got a solid night’s sleep every time. And the price? Only around $130 USD per night, which feels like an absolute steal for the comfort, convenience, and quality here. If you're visiting Nagoya and want a reliable, well-located hotel without breaking the bank, this is definitely my top pick.

Meitetsu Inn Nagoyaeki Shinkansenguchi

First time in Japan and staying at this hotel was definitely a smart choice. The room isn’t large, but there’s just enough space to unpack your suitcase comfortably—nothing cramped. All amenities are self-service, which is super convenient. Check-in and check-out are both handled via self-service kiosks, with staff nearby if you need help—great for travelers who aren’t confident in Japanese. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the standard double room worked perfectly for two people. As expected with Japanese hotels, space is compact but functional. What really stands out is the location—right next to Nagoya Station, making it easy to access trains, shopping areas, and local restaurants. There’s always something around the corner to eat or pick up essentials. I’d absolutely consider this hotel again on my next visit to Nagoya—it’s reliable, well-located, and offers great value.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and perfectly positioned for exploring downtown Nagoya and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the front desk team—the smiles were genuine, and every question was answered with warmth and patience. During check-in, we chatted briefly about recent visitor trends, and it was touching to hear how much they miss the Chinese travelers; it’s a reminder of how travel brings people together. While there’s a small inconvenience—like needing to cross the street to reach the nearest convenience store—it’s a minor trade-off for such a well-located, high-quality stay. Nagoya Kanko Hotel

The Nagoya Kanko Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! I stayed in the modern-style room, which felt incredibly spacious and well-designed—like a mini apartment ready for immediate move-in. The bed was generously sized, and the layout made great use of every inch: kitchenette with full appliances, a working washing machine, and a surprisingly large bathroom. While I loved the contemporary vibe, I actually preferred the vintage room—it has this elegant old-money charm with subtle details that really stood out. It’s not just about comfort; it’s about atmosphere and character. Both rooms were excellent, but the retro option gave me that timeless, refined feeling. For the price, this is an outstanding value. I’d definitely book again—this hotel delivers on both style and practicality.

I used the mask right after arriving, and my skin felt instantly smoother and more radiant. It’s rare to find such a great balance of comfort, style, and value.
