Cleanliness was spot-on, meeting standard expectations without any issues. One minor drawback is the parking situation—being a multi-level garage, it’s not the most user-friendly, especially for larger vehicles, though my compact car navigated it easily. Staying at the Atour X Hotel (New Town Square, Bell Tower), Xi'an was an absolute delight. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a super comfortable bed—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Despite being located right next to the provincial government office, the hotel remained remarkably quiet, especially considering its proximity to the bustling Bell Tower area. Everything felt peaceful and serene. I loved how convenient it was for exploring the city—walking distance to major attractions and just a short ride from the metro. The robotic food delivery system was a fun and efficient touch, making late-night snacks or meals effortless. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff, especially Wang Song, went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service. He made me feel truly welcome. I also appreciated the dedicated workspace with a solid computer desk—ideal for remote work or business needs. Honestly, I can’t find any downsides to this place. Whether you're here for leisure or business travel, this is hands-down my top choice in Xi’an. Highly recommended!
