The service at this hotel was absolutely outstanding! We arrived early with our luggage but couldnāt check in yet since rooms werenāt ready. Instead of just asking us to wait, the staff kindly took our bags up to our roomāsuch a thoughtful gesture that really made our day. The room itself is beautifully designed with high ceilings, giving it an open and airy feel without any sense of claustrophobia. We booked a family room for fourāfeaturing one queen bed and two single bedsāwhich worked perfectly for our group. Itās ideal for families looking for comfort and space. And the breakfast? Absolutely incredible. A wide variety of fresh, delicious optionsālocal pastries, hot dishes, fruit, and moreāall served with care. Iāve had many breakfasts at hotels around Europe, but this one stood out as truly memorable. From the warm welcome to the attention to detail, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. This is definitely a place Iād recommendāand return to.
This is truly one of the most beautiful Four Seasons properties in the world, and it lives up to every expectationānot just in terms of location and ambiance, but also in service quality. Even though I only had time for a single night stay due to my schedule, the room was immaculately designed with genuine attention to detailāevery element felt intentional and full of charm. The space was generously sized, warm, and inviting, making me feel like I was at home in the heart of Florence. The hotelās Michelin-starred restaurant, ll Palagio, delivered an unforgettable dining experience. Their Italian cuisine is layered, thoughtful, and innovativeāsome of the best Italian food Iāve ever tasted. A must-try for any food lover. And donāt even get me started on the private gardenāitās vast, serene, and breathtakingly beautiful. I could have easily spent the entire day just relaxing there without wanting to leave. If I ever return to Florence, Iāll definitely extend my stay just to soak in the luxury and tranquility of this place.
Staying at Villa Cora was an absolute delight from start to finish. The central courtyard is breathtakingāperfectly designed with a timeless elegance that makes you feel like you're in a hidden gem of Tuscany. Located on a hillside, itās a bit removed from the main tourist spots, but not too farājust a short, scenic run down to Piazzale Michelangelo, which made for a lovely morning workout with stunning views along the way. Currently, thereās only one restaurant on-site, serving breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was excellentāfresh, varied, and beautifully presented. Dinner was enjoyable but nothing extraordinary. What truly stands out is the exceptional service: staff are attentive, warm, and genuinely go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The outdoor pool area is serene and perfect for relaxing, and I imagine dining by the water would be even more magical at sunset. Despite being slightly off the beaten path, the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful setting, and top-tier hospitality make this hotel a standout choice. Highly recommend for travelers seeking authenticity and charm.
This was hands down the best hotel of my entire European trip. Staying in a room with a private balcony was an absolute highlightāthe view of the Arno River from the terrace every morning was pure magic. I started each day by walking along the riverbank, passing through Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and ending at Piazzale Michelangelo for panoramic views of the city. Florence truly lives up to its reputation as a cultural gem, and this hotel sits right in the heart of it all. The location is perfectāwalkable to major sights and just steps away from transit. Breakfast was exceptional: fresh, abundant, and thoughtfully curated with local flavors. Everything felt special, from the elegant ambiance to the attentive service. If you're looking for a memorable stay that blends comfort, convenience, and authentic charm, this place delivers on every level.
St. Regis Florence is housed in a stunning historic building with an elegant, old-money vibeāevery corner feels like a masterpiece, adorned with intricate frescoes and antique furnishings. The Arno River view from my premium room was absolutely worth the price, offering a perfect sightline to the iconic Ponte Vecchio. While the service from my butler was somewhat average (and unfortunately no kids' bathrobes or slippers were provided), the overall experience still shines. I especially loved the morning room serviceādelivered in a charming little basket, the bread rolls were crisp, fresh, and delicious. Itās rare to find such a blend of heritage charm and luxury at this level, and despite minor oversights, the ambiance, location, and attention to detail make it a truly memorable stay. If youāre looking for a refined, timeless Italian escape, this hotel delivers on every front.
Staying at Hotel Lungarno was an absolute delight. Located right in the heart of Florence, just steps from the Arno River and a mere 5-minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, itās the perfect base for exploring the city. The views are breathtakingāwaking up to the riverfront panorama is pure magic. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service, making us feel truly welcome. Every single detail at this hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to helpāwhether it was recommending local dining spots, arranging transportation, or simply offering a warm smile. The room itself was elegant and spacious, with beautiful views of the Arno River from the window. Waking up to that view every morning felt like being in a postcard. The location is unbeatableājust steps away from the city center, with easy access to walking paths along the river and countless cafes and boutiques nearby. Itās clear the team here truly cares about guest experience. Iāve stayed in many boutique hotels across Europe, but this one stands out for its charm, service, and attention to detail. If youāre visiting Florence, this is definitely where you should stayāexceptional value, unforgettable atmosphere.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations ā hands down the best stay weāve had in Italy. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, from the luxurious room design to the stunning bathtub setup thatās truly a work of art. The concierge, Cosmo, went above and beyond ā he effortlessly booked us reservations at top restaurants across the city and even secured VIP access to The Mall Firenze. The doormanās warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. And being right in the heart of Florence means every major attraction is just a short walk away. Weāre already planning our return visit ā this place deserves every bit of praise.
Staying at Bernini Palace Hotel in Florence was an absolute delight. Despite its historic charm and age, the rooms are impeccably maintainedāclean, well-kept, and full of character. Staying at Ville Sull'Arno was an absolute delight from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully located, with a serene and welcoming atmosphereāevery corner feels thoughtfully designed. The cleaning service was outstanding; rooms were spotless upon arrival and maintained impeccably throughout our stay. What stood out most was the staffās genuine careāwhen I arrived feeling under the weather, they offered warm tea and a cozy blanket without being asked. The neighborhood is incredibly convenient: pharmacies, fresh fruit shops, grocery stores, and cafes are all within a 5-minute walk. Getting around is easy tooāwhether you prefer walking, taking a short Uber ride, or hailing a taxi, youāre never far from Florenceās city center. The location strikes the perfect balance between quiet charm and urban accessibility. For such a peaceful retreat with top-tier service and excellent amenities, this place offers incredible value. Iād happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
Staying at Palazzo Vecchietti - Residenza d'Epoca in Florence was an absolute delight. The room was spacious and comfortably furnished, with all the essentials well-maintainedājust a minor note: the shower pressure could be stronger, likely due to the buildingās historic structure, but it didnāt detract from the overall experience. What truly stood out was the locationāliterally steps away from luxury boutiques and designer shops, plus you can easily walk to major sights like the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery without needing transport. As a boutique property with limited rooms, the service felt personal and attentiveāthe staff were warm, patient, and genuinely helpful with recommendations and local tips. Breakfast was excellent: a generous spread with fresh pastries, local cheeses, fruits, and hot options, all tasting great. The ambiance, charm, and attention to detail made this stay memorable. Iād absolutely book again and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Florence.
