Staying at Quest Newmarket Serviced Apartments has been a consistently great experience. The apartment is incredibly well-equipped with all the essentials I need for a comfortable stay—kitchenware, cleaning supplies, bedding, and everything in between. Plus, it’s just a 15-minute walk to One Tree Hill Park, ideal for a morning stroll or an evening hike with great views of Auckland. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We booked a superior suite with a king bed through the platform, but after checking in, my son mentioned he’d prefer two separate beds. When I returned to the hotel the next day, it was still safely there waiting for me. A special thanks goes to a young male staff member who worked on Sunday—he patiently listened to my story, took me back to the room, and helped locate the wallet right away. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care from hotel staff, especially when no one was expecting anything in return. This experience made my stay memorable not just because of the comfortable rooms or convenient location, but because of the people who made me feel valued. The entire team deserves recognition—this level of service is exactly what makes a great hotel. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Ellerslie Palms Motel to friends and family.

This is my third stay at Gamma Hotel, and I’m still thoroughly impressed. The room was spotless and well-maintained—cleanliness is clearly a priority here. Located just a short walk from Queen Street, it’s incredibly convenient for accessing Auckland’s main business district, shopping areas, and dining spots. I especially appreciate the small kitchenette; while compact, it’s extremely clean and rarely used by other guests, making it ideal for preparing your own meals.
