Their dedication to resolving the problem made a big difference and showed real care for guest comfort. Cleanliness was top-notch—the bathroom sparkled, and the entire space felt fresh and orderly. Best of all, it's just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and there’s a large shopping mall right next door, so dining, shopping, and exploring are super convenient. WEST PORT HOTEL

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the shopping district and super convenient for getting around the city. The room was spotless, with clean and comfortable bedding that made for a great night's sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an amazing view of the city skyline, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the evening lights. The 24-hour front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always smiling and ready to assist. I also appreciated the on-site pool and free Wi-Fi, which made everything so much more enjoyable.
