The location is perfect—just 3 bus stops to Elephant Trunk Hill, 1 stop to the Jingjiang Prince's Mansion, and only 6 stops to Guilin North Railway Station. Taxis never cost more than $20, making it super convenient for travelers on a budget. This hotel delivers an excellent balance of comfort, service, and value—definitely a top pick if you're visiting Guilin.

The room itself beautifully blends modern comfort with traditional northern Guangxi charm—our bed was so cozy we slept like babies all night. But the real highlight? The evening view: as dusk fell, the river lights gently lit up the scene outside our window, turning the Li River into a shimmering canvas. Absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was fantastic—wide variety, delicious quality—and the local beer fish at the Chinese restaurant was authentic and mouthwatering. Pool attendant Tang Jundong was patient and welcoming, guiding us straight to the pool area with a smile. Every touch felt personal, every service thoughtful. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a home away from home. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back.

We stayed on the family-friendly floor, and the room was spacious and thoughtfully designed for children. The room came with a bunk bed featuring a slide, a kid-sized table, a mini tent, a rocking horse, and even a large bathtub—perfect for soaking after a long day of sightseeing. The hallway had a dedicated kids’ play zone, where our little one played non-stop and refused to leave! Breakfast at the 9th-floor restaurant was fantastic—plenty of local favorites like Guilin rice noodles, small wontons, and authentic oil tea, all fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful too—from assisting with luggage to offering laundry service. They washed, dried, and returned our clothes neatly folded to our room. No need to lift a finger! The rooftop pool and panoramic viewing deck are stunning spots for photos—every shot looks like a scene from a classic Chinese painting. And as we checked out, we were surprised with a thoughtful welcome gift. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit Guilin!

The view from the room overlooks the river and the city skyline, offering stunning scenery every morning. Breakfast was excellent—plenty of options and great quality—and the dining area was spacious and well-organized. What really surprised me was discovering that this hotel is actually a stop on the airport shuttle route. We left early for the airport, and it made getting there so much easier. The Wi-Fi name is a bit funny, but connecting was straightforward and reliable. Overall, this place is a top choice for anyone visiting Guilin City. It’s convenient, comfortable, and offers real value—highly recommend!

Location-wise, it couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the pedestrian street, and within easy reach of major attractions like Jingjiang Wangfu, Liangjiang Sihu, and Elephant Trunk Hill. We especially loved the breakfast on the 6th floor—panoramic views of the river, and on sunny days, sipping coffee while soaking up the sunshine was pure bliss. This hotel offers great value, excellent service, and unbeatable convenience. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guilin.

Location-wise, it’s ideal for exploring downtown Guilin; walking or taking the metro is super convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, making the check-in experience pleasant. Staying at Huayu Hotel (Guilin High-Speed Railway North Station Branch) was a great experience overall. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made check-in and check-out super smooth—no waiting, just quick and efficient. I was on the 23rd floor, and the room itself was spacious—around 30 square meters—with a fantastic view from the window; you can see the surrounding hills clearly, which added to the peaceful vibe. The air conditioning worked perfectly for both heating and cooling, and the shower had strong hot water flow, so no issues with temperature or pressure. One thing to note: the building is shared between several hotels and residential units, so you need two cards—one for the elevator and one for the room door. It’s a bit of an extra step, but it does enhance security. Parking is limited since it's shared with nearby apartments, so if you're driving, plan ahead or consider taking public transit. All in all, this place offers excellent value, great location near the high-speed rail station, and a comfortable stay—highly recommend!
