It’s clear this team goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. I’ll definitely be returning.

The hallway had a dedicated kids’ play zone, where our little one played non-stop and refused to leave! Breakfast at the 9th-floor restaurant was fantastic—plenty of local favorites like Guilin rice noodles, small wontons, and authentic oil tea, all fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful too—from assisting with luggage to offering laundry service. They washed, dried, and returned our clothes neatly folded to our room. No need to lift a finger!
