I accidentally left my tablet behind, and even though there were other guests checking in the next day, the team kindly allowed me to re-enter the room to search. They patiently helped me look through every corner, and amazingly, we found it tucked under the bed frame. Their kindness and professionalism made a huge difference. It’s clear they genuinely care about guest experience. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again whenever I visit Beijing—excellent value, great service, and a truly memorable stay!

It's conveniently located just outside the Northeast 3rd Ring Road, with easy access to subway stations nearby—perfect if you're relying on public transit. Driving in? Parking is only 40 RMB per day, which is very reasonable. Right now, the lobby is beautifully decorated with a stunning Christmas tree and festive touches throughout—definitely sets a cheerful mood. The elevators automatically light up your floor when you swipe your key card—a nice tech touch. Room space is generous, clean, and well-organized, with both shower and bathtub available. Even small details like alcohol wipes, toilet seat covers, and bath mats were thoughtfully provided. Only minor note: the hairdryer wasn’t the most powerful. The rooftop lounge on the 23rd floor offers afternoon tea and happy hour for guests with privileges—great for unwinding. Breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant was fantastic: a wide variety of coffee options, freshly made, plus an unexpected highlight—hard-boiled eggs already peeled! There’s also a great selection of soups, main dishes, desserts, and drinks. The 25-meter pool is spacious and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. I absolutely love staying here! I booked a seven-day stay last time and came back again—this place has become my go-to.
