Laundry facilities are on the 4th floor; after exiting the elevator, go right and the second door on the right has washing machines downstairs and dryers upstairs—fully self-service, very convenient. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and staff are friendly and helpful. It’s also just a short walk from West Lake, making it ideal for exploring the city. Great value for money and definitely a place I’d stay again.
