Cleanliness is excellent—no concerns at all, especially for someone who’s particular about hygiene. The location is unbeatable: steps away from West Lake, with easy access to hiking spots like Chenghuang Mountain and Bao Shi Mountain. On calm days, you can even take a boat ride across the lake. And it's also very close to China Academy of Art—perfect for visiting graduation exhibitions. The owner is incredibly welcoming and friendly every time, making you feel right at home. Warm greetings, a quick check-in, and that personal touch really stand out. This isn't just a stay—it's an experience. I'll definitely be back.

The rooftop restaurant on floor 15 offered a well-rounded breakfast spread: porridge, noodles, dumplings, fresh bread, fruits, and small side dishes—all satisfyingly varied. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome fruit, and the kids even received a little snack pack. The mini-fridge had complimentary soft drinks available anytime, and staff replenished them daily. Bottled water could be requested at the front desk, and I was pleasantly surprised by the food delivery robot—an innovative touch that added a modern flair. Staff were friendly and attentive, and thanks to the booking platform, we were able to upgrade to early check-in and late checkout without hassle. Located just a 10-minute walk from Datieguan Metro Station, the hotel is also steps away from a convenience store—ideal for last-minute needs. I checked out at 2 PM but was able to extend until 4 PM with no hassle, which was a huge plus. Breakfast was mostly excellent—the pastries were fresh, the eggs were cooked just right, and the fruit platter was generous. The congee was a bit thin, but everything else was top-notch. My favorite spot in the room? That desk and chair combo—I sat there for hours reading and working, and it’s already become a photo-worthy highlight.
