Staying at Caesar Metro Taipei was a great experience overall. The location is incredibly convenient—just steps away from the metro station and within easy reach of major attractions in Taipei. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable atmosphere. We were traveling as a family and had to adjust our itinerary, so we booked two separate reservations for our two-night stay. Unfortunately, the system didn’t allow us to merge the bookings, which meant we had to check out at noon on the first day and wait until 3 PM to recheck in—definitely inconvenient, especially with luggage in tow. However, the front desk staff went above and beyond by upgrading our room at no extra cost, which made a big difference. The new room was larger and much more comfortable. While we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t speak to the quality of the buffet, the service attitude was consistently friendly and helpful. Even though it’s a windowless room, there was no stuffiness or unpleasant odor, making it very comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was satisfying and well-prepared, though I noticed it didn’t include natto, unlike some other Tango properties. Still, overall, the upgrade in ambiance, cleanliness, and service makes this a standout choice. Great location, excellent value, and a truly enjoyable stay—I’d definitely come back.
