The location is incredibly convenient—whether you're taking a taxi or using the subway, it's just a short walk from the hotel entrance. I didn’t have to lug my suitcase through crowded streets, which was a huge relief, especially for someone who hates rushing around. The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond by offering helpful tips on nearby restaurants and attractions. A special shoutout to the gentleman at counter 2009—he made the entire experience feel warm and personal. As soon as I stepped into the room, I noticed how spotless it was: crisp linens with no stains, shiny floors, and zero musty odors. The bathroom was a real surprise—spacious, well-lit, and equipped with modern fixtures that looked brand new. It felt so comfortable to shower without feeling cramped. This stay exceeded all expectations. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to Beijing.
Atour S Hotel (Beijing Dongzhimen)
We stayed at Atour S Hotel in Beijing Dongzhimen with three friends, and it was our first time experiencing this brand—what a fantastic impression! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Since we visited during winter, the young guy at check-in kindly handed each of us a bottle of hot water to warm up—such a thoughtful touch. Later on, another staff member and a lovely assistant helped bring up our takeout meals multiple times; their attentiveness really stood out. Location-wise, it's perfect—super convenient for getting around to major attractions like the Forbidden City and hutongs via subway. Everything is within easy reach, making sightseeing stress-free. Clean rooms, friendly service, and excellent value—all reasons why I’d happily recommend this hotel. We couldn’t have asked for more!
