We’ve stayed at Blue Sea Wind before and had an excellent experience, so when we planned a trip to Xi’an with our parents, this was our top choice. We booked two nights in a Club Room on a higher floor—great views of the city skyline, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The Club Lounge served delicious food with a nice variety, especially the afternoon tea spread—well-prepared and thoughtfully presented. Special thanks to Xiao Ma and Bella, who were incredibly helpful from the start. They offered useful travel tips and guidance well before arrival, and their warm, attentive service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is just steps away from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city center without hassle. Our parents were particularly impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness—they said it felt like home. Overall, the quality of service, location, and amenities exceeded expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a 5-8 minute walk from Daming Palace West Metro Station, making it super easy to explore the city. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, but my favorite spot has to be the Shisan Dynasty Old Bowl Noodles right outside the metro entrance—rich broth, generous portions, and totally worth a visit. On check-in night, we ran into a hot water issue, but the front desk staff and manager were incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive. Their dedication to resolving the problem made a big difference and showed real care for guest comfort. The room itself is modern and well-equipped: heated toilet seat, smart projector, high-quality Dyson-style hairdryer, and a bed that strikes the perfect balance between soft and supportive—excellent for a good night’s sleep. The warm wood tones and ambient lighting create a cozy, inviting atmosphere that feels like home. Cleanliness was top-notch—we didn’t notice any hygiene issues upon arrival. Though the hotel shares a building with other accommodations, the exterior and common areas are well-maintained and clean.
