I absolutely love staying here—this place never disappoints! The staff are incredibly kind, and I have to give a special shoutout to Talal for his great sense of humor that made our stay even more enjoyable. The free shuttle to the Haram (Gazza Gate) is just a 3-minute ride away and runs 24/7, which is super convenient, especially during busy times. There’s everything you need nearby—groceries, snacks, souvenirs—so you don’t have to go far. Location-wise, it’s perfect: close to the holy site yet peaceful and well-maintained. If you’re visiting Mecca, this hotel is a top choice. Comfortable, reliable, and full of heart. Highly recommended!
Staying at Al Kiram Hotel Al Azizia in Makkah was an absolutely perfect experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Haram Mosque, making it incredibly convenient for prayers and rituals. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with excellent air conditioning that kept things cool and comfortable throughout the night. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. They even offered assistance with luggage without being asked. For the price, this hotel offers exceptional value—luxury amenities without the luxury price tag. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Makkah, especially during Hajj or Umrah. It’s not just a stay—it’s peace of mind.
The hotel feels extremely outdated with no room service at all. The room we were initially assigned was infested with cockroaches and had a terrible, unbearable odor—thankfully, we were able to get a different room just a few days before check-out, which was much more acceptable. The food was disappointing—bland in taste and served in plastic containers, which made the whole experience feel unprofessional. Staff presence was almost nonexistent, and several guests reported finding bedbugs in their rooms. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and subpar amenities made this stay far below expectations. Not recommended.
Everything was perfect during my stay at Dar Raies Hotel in Makkah. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Grand Mosque, making morning prayers stress-free. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the overall cleanliness throughout the property. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. What stood out most was the excellent value for money—this level of comfort and convenience at such a reasonable rate is hard to find. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah, whether for Umrah or travel. Will definitely be returning.
The hotel is incredibly close to the Masjid al-Haram, literally right behind the Zamzam Tower—perfect for easy access during prayers or Umrah. Walking to the mosque is downhill, making it super convenient in the morning, but you’ll need to walk uphill on the way back, which isn’t too steep. The location is ideal for those wanting to be steps away from the holy site. There are also nearby shops and a laundry service, so basic needs are covered without needing to go far. It’s not just about proximity—it’s about peace of mind and comfort. This place offers great value, especially if you’re visiting Makkah for religious reasons. I’d definitely stay here again.
I stayed for six nights, and the only positive aspect was the hotel's proximity to the Kaaba—very convenient for visiting the holy site. However, the food quality was average at best, and cleanliness throughout the property left much to be desired. I requested room service on multiple occasions but never received it during my entire stay. The toilet paper was of poor quality and uncomfortable to use—definitely needs replacement. While the location is a strong point, the lack of consistent housekeeping and subpar amenities make this experience less than satisfactory. Would not recommend without significant improvements.
Arriving in Makkah, I had hoped for a peaceful and clean place to rest, but this experience was far from it. The hotel’s location is poorly marked—navigation was confusing and frustrating, especially for first-time visitors. When we arrived, the front desk staff claimed there was no booking despite showing them our confirmation details. We spent 15 to 20 minutes trying to clarify and verify our reservation, during which time the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the entrance was filthy—sewage water was visibly running across the floor, creating a strong, unpleasant odor. It was not just dirty; it felt unsafe and deeply unsettling. Staying here was mentally draining and left me feeling anxious throughout the night. From hygiene to customer service, everything fell short. This hotel fails on every level—location, cleanliness, communication, and professionalism. I cannot recommend it under any circumstances.
Staying at Mövenpick Hotel & Residence Hajar Tower Makkah was an absolute highlight of my trip. The location is unbeatable—right next to the Haram, making access to the holy site incredibly convenient. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with a peaceful ambiance that made it easy to rest after long days of worship and sightseeing. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request, no matter how small. Breakfast was outstanding: a diverse spread of both local and international options, all fresh and delicious. I’ve stayed in many hotels across Makkah, but this one truly stands out for its service, cleanliness, and overall experience. If you're visiting Makkah, this is definitely one of the best choices—I highly recommend it.
My absolute favorite hotel stay so far—highly recommend! The ambiance is elegant yet welcoming, and the service truly sets it apart. I was absolutely blown away by the warmth and attentiveness of the young valet at the entrance who greeted me with a welcome juice. His genuine kindness and attention to detail made such a lasting impression—truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, every interaction felt personal and thoughtful. This isn’t just a hotel; it’s an experience you’ll remember long after you leave.
Staying at the Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived until check-out, the staff went above and beyond with their professionalism, warm welcome, and attention to every little detail—making us feel truly at home. The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and the view overlooking the Grand Mosque was absolutely breathtaking, bringing a deep sense of peace. Being just a short walk from the Haram makes it incredibly convenient for prayers and visiting the holy site. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, and the hospitality team was always ready to assist with a smile. Every aspect of our stay felt thoughtful and exceptional. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah, and I’ll definitely be returning here on my next trip. Truly a gem in the heart of the holy city.
The stay at this Hilton property was absolutely excellent, especially with the great deal I got through the platform. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed—perfect for relaxation after a long day of visiting the Haram. Breakfast was fantastic: a wide variety of options with delicious flavors, both international and local favorites. Best of all? It’s just a short walk to the Holy Mosque—so convenient for prayers or early morning visits. The location, comfort, and value truly make this hotel stand out. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah.
My stay at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency Makkah was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out—front desk staff were professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. Room service was prompt and efficient, making every need feel taken care of. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to Al-Haram, which made performing Umrah incredibly convenient and stress-free. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and modern amenities. This hotel truly delivers on every level. I’d not only come back myself but highly recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah.
