I stayed for six nights, and every single night I slept deeply and peacefully—something I’ve struggled with on other trips. That alone made the stay unforgettable. But the real highlight was the staff. Their kindness went beyond professionalism. I accidentally left my tablet behind after check-out and only remembered hours later. To my surprise, they had already retrieved it, securely stored it alongside my luggage, and were waiting to return it. That level of care and attention to detail brought tears to my eyes. Everything is within easy reach. The value for money is outstanding, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Hangzhou. Highly recommend this hotel!

Unfortunately, if someone smokes in the public areas, the scent can drift into rooms, which might be an issue for those sensitive to smoke. That said, if you're not bothered by smoke, this property offers excellent value for money and a prime spot in the heart of the city.
