The room itself came with a Dyson hairdryer and full-sized toiletries—everything you’d want. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout. The 21st-floor lobby is stunningly elegant, and the on-site restaurant has a great vibe. As a Disney fan, seeing Mickey around made my day! Service was genuinely outstanding. The front desk staff even came to our lounge area to assist with check-in—no waiting, no hassle. Once inside the room, they followed up to ask if everything was satisfactory and offered a personalized choice of room fragrance delivered right to us. Special thanks to Tina (or 'Taotao' as she was called)—when I rushed out for checkout and completely forgot about my expense receipt, she immediately arranged it for me, prepared the documentation, and even arranged to send it to me. That kind of care is unforgettable. The night snack was an absolute highlight—the beef noodle soup tasted just like the one from my childhood memories: silky yet chewy noodles, tender, flavorful beef, and rich broth. Pure perfection. Breakfast was also a hit; I ordered via QR code—scrambled eggs, beef noodles, and waffles—all delicious and fresh. This place exceeded expectations in every way. Everything is brand new and well-maintained—the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness is top-notch with no unpleasant odors. The host is prompt and friendly, always responding quickly to any questions. What really stands out is the incredible value for money.
