I’ve seen so many posts on Xiaohongshu about this hotel, and honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first—especially with the price point. But after staying here, I’m seriously impressed. We were upgraded to a 180-degree river view room for free, and the view alone is worth every penny—watching the Qiantang River stretch out in front of you during the day or the city lights sparkle at night is unforgettable. The service was prompt and thoughtful throughout our stay. Special shoutout to Anthea at reception—friendly, efficient, and always smiling. And Jack from the Chinese restaurant went above and beyond with his warm hospitality. Everything felt personal, not just transactional.
