Despite ongoing renovations, service levels remain top-notch, and every staff member I interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Kudos to the team for keeping the standard so high. Unfortunately, I heard the hotel will be rebranding soon—making this stay feel even more special. If you’re looking for a luxurious, well-cared-for retreat in Changsha with thoughtful details and excellent hospitality, this is one of the best options around. Staying at Vyluk Hotel was a delightful surprise! The staff, especially Xiao Nan and Xiao Jia at the front desk, were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless—every corner clean, bed linens and towels felt freshly sanitized, which made me feel so at ease. What truly impressed me was the excellent soundproofing; I didn’t hear a single noise from the hallway all night, and I slept like a baby. Location-wise, it’s perfect—just a short walk to Huangtuling Metro Station, making it super easy to explore Wuyi Square or downtown Changsha by subway. Even though the amenities are simple, everything works perfectly: toiletries are provided, the bathroom is functional, and the overall vibe is clean and cozy. The staff even took time to recommend nearby attractions—such thoughtful service really stood out. For a budget-friendly hotel, this place offers incredible value. Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the subway station, making it super easy to explore Wu Yi Square and nearby attractions. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance, so you never have to go far for a good meal. Check-in was quick and friendly—the front desk staff were helpful and efficient. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a mattress that was just right—not too soft, not too firm. I slept soundly all night with zero noise disturbance. The bathroom features a smart dry-wet separation design, and hot water came on instantly. All the toiletries were well-stocked and of good quality. Breakfast wasn’t overly extensive, but everything tasted fresh and satisfying, enough to fuel a full day. Check-out was smooth and hassle-free. For the price, the value is excellent.
