We booked apartment C in Eppendorf without realizing it wasn’t listed on the website. With limited time and no alternative accommodations available for two adults and a 2-year-old child, we had no choice but to stay. While we understand things happen, it’s frustrating when basic information isn’t transparent upfront. Hopefully, the platform can improve listing accuracy to prevent future guests from facing the same situation.
