The front desk staff, especially Xiao Ye, was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist. I also loved that there’s a self-service laundry with both washing and drying machines—so handy when traveling. Free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for streaming or staying connected. The location is super convenient, with tons of restaurants nearby and a vibrant atmosphere that’s perfect for young travelers. There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. But overall, this place offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a fun urban feel. Definitely worth a stay if you're visiting Shenzhen.

The surrounding area has plenty of dining options and daily necessities, making it very livable. The dorms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to pay a bit more attention to hygiene in shared spaces and bathrooms—small improvements could make a big difference. Overall, this place offers amazing value for money and is definitely on my list for future trips to Shenzhen.

But what really stood out was the service: every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and proactively asked if we needed anything. The view from my 72nd-floor panoramic twin room was breathtaking, with lush greenery stretching across the skyline. The hotel itself exudes elegance and sophistication, with impeccable maintenance and attention to detail in every corner. The staff went above and beyond—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. From check-in to checkout, I felt like a valued guest. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. The nightly turndown service added a lovely personal touch, making the stay even more special. Lunch at the highly acclaimed Dongwan Restaurant was a highlight. Despite the premium reputation, the pricing felt fair, and the food quality was outstanding—especially the glass-roasted pigeon, which was crispy-skinned and incredibly flavorful. A must-try! For dinner, I visited MO Bar, ranked among Asia’s 50 Best Bars. When our child woke up early due to jet lag, the hotel kindly adjusted our 11:30 pickup to 9:00 without hesitation. Our driver was professional, courteous, and even asked if we needed bottled water—small touches that made a big difference. The late-night porridge with side dishes was such a comforting highlight after a long day on the go; it truly felt like coming home. Breakfast was a real treat—varied options each morning, no repeats in two days, and even my picky-eating foreign husband couldn’t stop praising it (he insisted I include this in the review!). The dining staff were friendly and proactive, helping us order hot meals and guiding us through the menu. ROSEDALE HOTEL SHENZHEN

We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us to a garden-view room—so much more peaceful and scenic. What really made our stay special was celebrating our anniversary; the front desk team went above and beyond by arranging a lovely decoration in the room and even surprised us with a sweet birthday cake. It felt so personal and thoughtful. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the attention to detail truly stood out. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience.
