When our child woke up early due to jet lag, the hotel kindly adjusted our 11:30 pickup to 9:00 without hesitation. The late-night porridge with side dishes was such a comforting highlight after a long day on the go; it truly felt like coming home. However, the front desk team and even a neighboring guest went out of their way to help resolve it—though unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so no room changes were possible.
