The lobby is on the 28th floor, which gives you a great view and a sense of being on top of the city. Breakfast is solid—offering a mix of Western and Chinese options, far better than your average budget hotel breakfast. Coffee is strong and comes in both Americano and espresso varieties, though the milk could use some improvement. Service is outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-out was quick and seamless, no waiting at all. One minor downside: the elevators are quite busy since the lobby and restaurant are on the 28th floor, while guest rooms are lower down. That means you might need to ride up and then down again to get to your room or exit. Still, it’s a small trade-off.
