The hotel offers Chinese-speaking staff—though there were fewer people on duty, the front desk lady was very helpful and even assisted us in choosing a room on the 24th floor with an amazing view and peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was exceptional—diverse, delicious, and full of local touches. We recommend arriving early since it gets busy and there’s sometimes a queue, but it’s totally worth it. Overall, our stay was outstanding and exceeded expectations. A fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

A friendly staff member even carried my luggage to the room and waived the deposit—such a nice touch! Check-in and check-out were lightning-fast with zero hassle. The room size is just right, the ambiance is peaceful, and the pool is fantastic—perfect for relaxing or letting kids splash around. Compared to nearby hotels like the W Hotel or EQ, this one offers far better value for money. Yes, there’s some motorcycle noise at night—but honestly, that’s part of the authentic KL experience. You’ll hear it anywhere in the city center. Security is excellent, which is why so many families with kids choose this hotel. Plus, walking to Bukit Bintang takes under 20 minutes—ideal for exploring the area on foot. Overall, this place delivers comfort, convenience, and great service.
