While it's a bit of a walk from the subway station, the bus stop is right outside the door—making access to the city incredibly convenient. The room was immaculate, with modern design and thoughtful touches that made it feel luxurious. The staff were warm and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From the quiet ambiance to the excellent amenities, every detail felt intentional. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.
ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong(Newly renovated in 2025)
This was our first trip to Seoul, and we stayed at ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong with my son from July 30th to August 5th. We arrived late—after 2:30 a.m.—but check-in was quick and smooth thanks to the 24-hour front desk. Our room was on the 10th floor, compact but well-designed with two beds, a tea station, and all the essentials: soap, shower gel, shampoo, and fresh towels. The room was spotless, quiet, and cozy—the bedding felt brand new and super comfortable. The hotel itself is immaculate, peaceful, and very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. What really stood out was the location—walking distance to major landmarks like Gyeongbokgung Palace, plus tons of restaurants, food courts, and shops nearby. Even though we spent most of our days out exploring, coming back to this hotel felt like a relaxing retreat. It’s perfectly priced for the quality, and I’d definitely recommend it. If you're visiting Seoul, don’t hesitate—this is a great choice.

Only thing to note: if you’re traveling with two large suitcases, it’s a bit tight to open both at once on the floor, but that’s a minor detail. Overall, this place offers excellent value and a memorable stay. Definitely coming back next time I visit Seoul.

Noble Hotel
Staying at Noble Hotel in Insadong was a delightful experience despite the building feeling a bit dated. The cleanliness was impressive—every corner felt fresh and well-maintained. The mattress was comfortable, not too soft or too firm, and the bathroom had no unpleasant odors, which is always a plus. What really stood out was the friendly front desk staff who upgraded us to a better room without any extra charge—such a nice surprise! The location is excellent: right next to the airport bus route 6011, making travel to and from the airport super convenient. Even though prices were higher during the holiday season, the overall value and comfort made it well worth it. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, and centrally located stay in Seoul with great service, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

The staff here are incredibly welcoming and helpful—always with a smile and ready to assist. The location is perfect: just a short walk from two subway stations, making it easy to explore Seoul’s highlights. There’s no shortage of great dining options nearby—cozy cafes, local markets, and authentic eateries line the streets. If you’re into running, you’ll love that Bukhansan National Park is only about 7km away. I went for a morning run there and the views were breathtaking. This hotel offers comfort, convenience, and a true sense of place. I’d definitely stay here again—and highly recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a quiet yet well-connected base in Seoul.
Eungam Maple
My stay at Eungam Maple in Seoul was somewhat disappointing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but the main issue was that only Korean was spoken throughout the property—there was no English support, which made communication difficult for non-Korean speakers. The room itself was quite small, and there wasn’t enough space to even open up a suitcase comfortably. While the team was kind and attentive, the lack of multilingual service and cramped layout made the experience less than ideal. Given these drawbacks, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again, especially when there are other more traveler-friendly options available in the city.
Bulgwang M & A
I was a bit skeptical at first since the price seemed too good compared to nearby motels, but I'm so glad I gave it a try. The cleanliness blew me away—every corner was spotless, from the bedding to the bathroom fixtures. It felt genuinely fresh and well-maintained. I'll definitely choose this place over any other option when visiting Bulgwang again. Super clean, great value, and totally worth it.
