Staying at Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin was an absolute pleasure. The location is unbeatable—right next to a convenient supermarket and just a short walk from the subway station. I took the M9 line, which gets you out in minutes, while S42 requires crossing a bridge, but it’s still easy to navigate once you know the route. The room itself was well-designed with excellent space, a great wardrobe, iron, and thoughtful bathroom layout. Only minor downside: the kettle wasn’t very efficient, but it’s something worth upgrading. Cleanliness was top-notch—daily housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy. Staff were friendly, professional, and spoke English fluently, making communication smooth and pleasant. Overall, the hotel offers fantastic value for money. With easy access to public transit, local convenience, and a comfortable stay, this place really boosts your travel experience. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Berlin.

The hotel is spotless, staff are warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious—34 square meters with a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom with both shower and separate toilet. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and very high quality. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin.

The guesthouse is infested with bed bugs—this is not an exaggeration. We found them crawling even in the shared kitchen, which is centrally located and accessible from all rooms. The owner never showed up during our stay and has not responded to any messages since. We had to scramble to find another hotel just to get a safe place to sleep. Health authorities have already been notified to prevent further risks to future guests.
