Absolutely loved my stay at Canal Grande! The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They even arranged a porter to carry my luggage across the bridges to the train station, which was such a relief after a long day of travel. The hotel is perfectly located just a 10-minute walk from the train station, passing through charming old Venice streets and crossing a few picturesque bridges—great for soaking in the atmosphere. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh, plentiful, and delicious. I also took advantage of the free tour to Murano to see authentic glassblowing—an unforgettable cultural experience. Check-out was smooth and hassle-free. This place truly delivers on comfort, service, and convenience. I’d definitely book here again without hesitation. A top-tier choice in Venice!
