Upon arrival, the owner greeted us with a delicious cup of coffee that set the tone for our stay. On departure, two staff members accompanied us to the dock, helping with luggage and guiding us every step of the way—such thoughtful care! Their genuine warmth and attention to detail made us feel like guests, not just customers. I can’t recommend Ninfea enough to anyone visiting Venice.
